• We do not offer overnight shipping.

Order Confirmation Process

• Before shipping, we will send you detailed pictures and videos of your hair for final approval to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Refund Policy

• Due to the personalized nature of our pre-order process, we do not accept refunds if your order is used or damaged. You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a refund. Please send an email with the subject REFUND PROCESS.
